VOTING SYSTEM

Offline voting system: Shareholders who reside within 100 km of the head office will vote at the head office (যিসকল অংশিদাৰৰ বাসস্থান মূল কাৰ্যালয়ৰ ১০০ কিলমিটাৰ ভিতৰত তেওঁলোকে মূল কাৰ্যালয়ত আহি ভোট দিব)।

Online voting system: Shareholders living outside 100 km from the headquarters and who are physically disabled, maternity, pregnant, elderly and in remote areas will vote online. (মুখ্য কাৰ্যালয়ৰ পৰা ১০০ কিলোমিটাৰ বাহিৰৰ আৰু যিসকল শাৰিৰীকভাবে অক্ষম, প্ৰসুতি, গৰ্ভাৱতী, বৃদ্ধ আৰু দুৰ্গম এলেকাৰ বসতি অংশিদাৰসকলে অনলাইন যোগে ভোটদান কৰিব) I

2. The board has not held the annual general meeting/2024 on time and the district has to convene it. বাৰ্ষিক সাধাৰণ সভা/২০২৪ সময়মতে অনুষ্ঠিত নকৰাৰ বাবে জিলাৰ যোগে আহ্বান কৰিব লগা হৈছে।
3.
