- These two authorities have been transferred to two types of guidelines for cooperative legalization. For the first directive, the Confidential Information Authority, the members will be liable to the Judiciary of the country along with the cooperatives by self declaration notarial affidavit. That they do not destroy their own and the organization’s reputation by adulteration. Secondly, for the Commercial Product Marketing Control Authority, the members will audit the annual accounts in two ways. According to the registered by-laws of the cooperative, if a farmer wishes to become a member of UOSFPA voluntarily, he must first fill up Form No. 1 and send it by post to the head office of the cooperative along with the not returnable membership fee deposit receipt. After receipt of this stick, the cooperative will conduct internal inspection within three months to verify the validity of the membership and connect for shareholders and self-declaration letter on behalf of the district committee. - Farmers Farmers in their respective agricultural sector development areas will meet and hold farmers’ meetings at least twice a year before planting and after harvesting the previous crop. কৃষকসকলে নিজ নিজ কৃষি খণ্ড উন্নয়ন এলেকাৰ কৃষকসকল মিলিত হৈ ফচল লগোৱাৰ আগত আৰু পূৰ্বৰ ফচল চপোৱাৰ পিছত বছৰত কমেও দুবাৰ মিলিত হৈ কৃষক সভা আয়োজন কৰিব।
- Fill up your farmer’s diary before holding this meeting. The meeting will be attended by at least two members of the District Committee and the diary of all the farmers will be submitted including field inspection fees. Two members of the District Committee will examine the diaries and submit them to the District Secretary. After receipt of this stick, the cooperative will conduct internal inspection within three months to verify the validity of the membership and connect for shareholders and self-declaration letter or MOU on behalf of the state committee.
